how to do this rock shit right or at least how to explore the sound.

wayne x cudi would make rebirth two into a monster.

idk how well detail understands pink floyd.
but cudi has a pretty good handle on that sound.
and if thats the direction theyre trying to go.
than who better to work with. itd be nice.
to at least see some features.

I'll be honest, I'm somewhat of a Kid Cudi fan and this song is freaking boring and lame, I think Kid Cudi lost it after Man On The Mood, Man on the Moon II was somewhat decent, but on topic I think Wayne did a great job on Rebirth, it's Rock, Rap, and filled with deep lyrics, I think with kid Cudi it'll just be rock, lame, boring, and mad slow, and I think I once heard in an interview with Wayne when Rebirth was upcoming, and he stated that it really wasn't a rock album just a regular album with rock beats & rapping but I could be wrong

I agree. I've been saying that I actually like what Rebirth was. I don't want a pure Rock album unless that's what he wants to give us. I like the hip-hop throughout that album. I didn't mind the beats or the auto-tune, either.

Cudi - Somewhat like 'real' rock.
Wayne - Rapping on 'rock' beats or singing in autotune over 'rock' beats.

take the sound tho.
or what the sound is doing.
and throw wayne on that.
wayne doesnt execute musically like cudi.
but vocally hes about as creative as it gets.
and something challenging like that.
would probably bring the best out of wayne.

im allll for having hiphop throughout the album.
but theres certainly a way to do it right. and rebirth was not it.

it was too many uneducated people taking guesses.


listen to the blakroc album.
its a hiphop album that a rock group.
called the black keys produced. the productionon it is ridiculousss.

Right now, anything is possible. Let's just wait and see. Kid Cudi's WZRD album is coming out before Rebirth II, so producers working on R2 could probably get something out of it.

thats what im hoping for.

i remember cudi tweeting that he was happy for wayne when he got released.

and there was that article where lashed out the critics.
for bashing him and wayne for wanting to do something different.

Yeah cudi is cool, but I don't want Wayne so take the same path as him.

Wayne is rapping over rock beats and not doing real rock like kid cudi is trying now. Even Wayne said before released rebirth that it will have more "energtic sound" not it being a full rck album.

I mean rebirth is the only so-called-rock album I enjoyed tbh lol.
