I wouldn't even say he's "fallen off", I just think he's a lot less consistent than he was and not as motivated (understandably), and it shows in his music.

His last DOPE project to me was No Celings, but I'll always cop a Wayne feature because it's Wayne.

If I didn't believe he still had a classic/near-classic in him I wouldn't be on a Weezy forum with 1000 + posts lol, I still rate him but he's lost his way a little.

His last 3 album releases are no higher than 6/10's, and 1 was really terrible (imo).

But he still has dope stuff time to time, I can't say he lost his skills, just morso his vision/hunger.

That's excluding No Ceilings btw, that was a random tape of fire (also goes with him not completely falling off).

Hopefully he gets back on his game but idk what will trigger it.

I loved No Ceilings and Rebirth and all other songs, but he started getting kinda repetive in 08.

in 2008, he had SDF, but it was hungry. He sounded hungry. 2009, he was alright, not bad. We got some good features, and No Ceilings.

Rebirth was 2010 and his jail time. I'd say 2010 is when he slipped. His return (FFR) was really good, though. But majority of C4 songs were sloppy, and his style completely downgraded.

I still think he is doing this just to give his artists (drake nicki tyga) more shine to the game. I mean right now he can't really act like the best no more coz he wants his artists to be the best.

Remember in 2007-2008? Wayne OWNED the hip hop game. I don't think he wants to do that right now, coz if he did then he might outshine drake, nicki, tyga....ect.
I think it's a business move.

I Think after his artists gets enough shine and fans (for example like drizzy got right now) he might go back on being hungry and ready.
