This list is pretty ass from top to bottom. Busta Rhymes isn't better than Ghostface (who has one of the most classic records, Fishscale). IMO Wayne should be Top 30 at worst. Too $hort is wayyyy too high. Lauryn Hill and Snoop are overrated IMO (Hill only has one reliable album, albeit it's a classic). Talib Kweli should easily be Top 15, with Mos Def closely behind. Redman isn't Top 25 IMO, should probably be a few notches behind Method Man. DMX isn't Top 20. The Top 15 is pretty solid, but you could easily switch around the order particularly on the back end.

The inclusion of Twista in this list and not Big Boi pretty much shows its credibility.

Wayne definitely is top 5 without a doubt in my mind. I can give plenty of reasons as to why this is true. Almost every rapper is the one-dimensional story telling type of ordeal or just average rhyming, but Wayne changed rap in plentiful ways. From 1999-2007, Wayne was the best rapper to walk the planet, he's art in motion.
