i definitely heard mr carter on the the radio and wayne even performed mr carter on mtv unplugged, i don't think wayne would have done that if wayne didnt think it was a classic

I said Mr. Carter was part of the reason I consider C3 to be a classic, but Mr. Carter was not a "hit."

I was only 15 when C3 was out.
