Wayne albums aren't done until the second they are sent to Universal for processing. He is constantly changing things until he is no longer able to do so. Birdman is a liar.

I'm not really reading too much into anything. It wouldn't be my fault if he worded it wrong. All I know is what the man said.

Though thinking about it, while the instrumental is great, it's not the vibe I'd expect from IANAHB with my self-made expectations.
