I just checked. It's not really autotune on Prostitute, it's just an effect on his voice. It did come out first though, so it'd still be like the precursor to him using autotune. Rider was actually autotune, but not really drastic.

Don't forget they "Dey Know" Dirty South Remix, that was one of the first auto-tune songs. 2007.
Also, songs from I Can't Feel My Face: Sessions, like Rap Cemetary, that were recorded in 07, but released in 09.
Also, CIII: Sessions like "That's My Nigga", recorded in 07 as well, lots of auto-tune.
So, we just need to find exact dates.repetition is the father of learning

B.M. J.R. because it's widely recognized as one of his best songs, plain and simple. First time we heard him at his full lyrical power.
His verse on We Takin' Over is legendary as well btw.
