I dont hate the Carter 4 like most here . It aint as good as the Carter 3 but there are some great tracks here like "blunt blowing" "she will" "President Carter" I have to addmit I really like the beat under "Mirror"

The question is: is there even gonna be a Carter V?

So yall doing that C4 thing again, and hoping he will suddenly realize he is nothing compared to C2ish and just drop the greatest album of his career? Forget about it. Times has changed and we won't get anything near his greatest music, but hopefully we will get a few dope tracks like on C4
Take it out the wrapper, sit it on the stove
Break a gram off and put it in my bitch nose
She tells me how it feels, she's numb, she's froze
Bitch! wake up and help me cook these o's
I gotta get my cake up see all I eat is dough
I'm a dangerous mothafucka watch your feets, your toes

That was way back on No Ceilings. How do we even know if he was serious on that one?

              1. Intro Prayer Ft. DMX
              2. Genesis (Compares himself to God rapping about how he created the rap game/universe, boasting about everything, real lyrical song)
              3. The Hood Ft. Birdman (Sounds like Weezy from carter 1 era, some old school hood shit)
              4. Still the Best Rapper Alive (The harder, raw'er, better sequal to 'Best Rapper Alive' where he takes shot at his haters, and proclaims himself to still be the best alive)
              5. The Weezy Show Ft. Eminem (2 wayne verses, 2 em verses.. them releasing their lyrical aresnals at eachother goin back n forth, sounds like a old school underground rap battle)
              6. Fuck the Industry Ft. Game (Really agressive song about how the rap industry is fake and how they are the last of a dying breed)
              7. Paranormal (Some physco outta this world shit, just rappin about weird twisted shit on a kinda martians vs. goblins soundin beat)
              8. Abortion (Sounded like it would be dope when they were talkin bout it bein on C4)
              9. Sizzurp Ft. Tyga (Some club banger kinda shit that would be a single and blow up)
              10. Remember When (Mellow kinda beat with Wayne reminiscing on his life/childhood, and really getting deeper into his emotions than ever before)
              11. Change the World Ft. Kendrick Lamar (Like a modern day version of changes that touches on poverty, war, corruption in the government, really lyrical song about makin a difference)
              12. Cemetary Ft. Nas (Crazy lyrical shit about nas and wayne walkin through a graveyard of deceased hiphop legends and about how they dig up and revive hiphop)
              13. Heavens Gates Ft. Drake (Weezy apologizing for the wrong hes done in his life and rapping about what heaven would be like and stuff showin his religous side and a smoothe hook by drake)
              14. Revelations (Finishes the album off with the most lyrically insane song of his carreer, raps about the apoccolypse in bloody and gory details and just sick shit about the world ending on a really hard beat and after the three verses the beat stops and he starts doing an insane acapella)

Damn.... If only somthing like that would happen

I wish Wayne would use more concepts in his raps like this but.... Overall I wanna hear his rhyming skills. I wanna hear this dude really rap, not just one rhyme every line. I wanna hear the creative, genius, martian, gangster Weezy we all know and love.

To be very honest, and in my own opinion, i think Wayne is done. His rap career is over. We are never gonna get that money-hungry Wayne again. He "graduated from hungry, and made it to greedy" He's in it for the money, not for the game anymore. He realized in jail, that he was big. And was going to remain big, regardless of what he did. I'll be just fine if he retires now, and does not make a Carter V, because majority of you guys here, including me, will be disappointed.

                    that's just my opinion

No, it's sadly also my opinion. I don't see Wayne comin' back. He's done.
