I thought he released some horrible tracks from after C3 to beginning of 2009. I couldn't even listen to some of those songs. But I love these new leaks so I would say he might have fallen off for a year or so, but looks like he's back now

Of course he does it happened when he released his Dedication 3 and Tha Carter III both were the most anticipated and were supposed to give weezy the title of the best Rapper Alive ,and they were supposed to be even sicker than Drought 3 and Dedication but instead he came out with weak lyrics,pop whack staff and shit and now Haters hate him even more and have a good point ,fans turn their back's on him,his fan now probably 70 % white bitches who don't know shit about rap just movin with wats "HOT" ,and he isn't a Legit MC now he is just a regular south rapper "with punchlines about how he ball with no purpose at all "(@ Chamillitary Mayne) there
