Tbh you're clueless if you think Drake wasn't referring to Wayne, as Danny said, he obviously was. Wayne has dropped 9 albums at this point. If he drops IANAHB II and Rebirth II he finishes with 11, which is crazy. Wayne has been in the game for a long time and is quickly reaching a point where he feels like he doesn't have anything else to offer, and he wants to focus on his kids.

And those albums are all possibilities but their just in talks, I say the only ones in serious stages are
IANAHB II and LFLS II, the rest are just talks and are being recorded, not finalized.
And I HIGHLY doubt were getting another Drought mixtape.

He isn't just the favorite rapper of New Orleans. He is the favorite rapper of Los Angeles, Tokyo, and Johannesburg. I still think Drake is talking about himself, and there is no way to disprove that. Either way, if Drake is indeed talking about Wayne, it is irrelevant. Wayne changes his mind 10 million times every second - 82,000 times more than the average human being. Drake doesn't know Wayne as well as Wayne knows Wayne, so Wayne could tell Drake that he is only doing 2 more albums when, in reality, Wayne, a few milliseconds later, decides that he is making 1000 more albums.

If you watch the video of Drake saying it and listen to eveything he says, then you will know he is not talking about himself.

You are right about Wayne changing his mind a lot though. He might plan on only putting out one more album right now, but then decide he wants to release 2 more. But Weezy has always said he wants to retire when he is 32 or 35 years old and focus on his kids careers.

I honestly will feel sympathy for you when Wayne does choose to retire because you'll pretty much have no other reason for living; you spend your life obsessed with a rapper.
