You guys ask this question as if it will be some how legal for him to smoke weed again after his probation ..When can he blaze again? Well according to U.S. law never. When can he blaze again without serving the rest of his one year sentence? in about 2 years...

Erm on topic I dunno if it was a 2 year probation or 3 years? If 2 years then he is off it in November this year, if 3 he won't be off it until November 2013. But thats if he decides to again, I don't see why he wouldn't but he does seem pretty focused with Dhea, skating, clothing line etc so dunno if it would or not. Can never tell whats next for Weezy.
