Can't find a Lil Wayne song.. Help?

3-4 years back I heard a Lil Wayne song and I thought it was one of the BEST songs I've ever heard of him, but... I don't really remember it, so I can't find it -.-

The first time I heard it, I was just searching and jumping from Wayne songs to the next one on YouTube.. and all I can remember from it, is this (Not 100% sure) ''Weezy fly, Who am i....''
And he was spittin' fast and raw in a cool Rap beat.

Can anyone help me out? I'd be fuckin' happy if any of you knows the name
