but are all the ones in the c3 sessions section of the sessions actually for c3, coz all or most of the c4 section was bullshit

Wayne's World doesn't work that way

it's just a whole bunch of millions of random studio sessions and at the end of the road they (read: Cortez motherfucking Bryant) decide which song will make which cut and which song won't.
