Do you ever think Lil Wayne regretted making a song?
Yeah, like martian master said, he didn't like the original version of Dear Anne.. If he doesn't like something, he might just re-record it?
According to Swizz Beatz, they might have recorded a Dear Anne Pt. II. But since Swizzy's album isn't coming anytime soon, I guess it's still staying in the vaults.

Yes of course. First off he already said he didn't liked "Anne", so there's ya answer right there. It's not directly "regretting", but he wanted to re-do it, so it must be.
But maan he has made so many songs, ofc there's somethin' he regret.
