                It's not that he skates or dresses weird, it's because he's a less interesting person than he used to be, and his music is super average these days, whereas he use to stand out so much.

                Also lots of artists (rappers included) care about their fanbase and lots of rappers put out free mixtapes, and it doesn't seem like he is putting music out for his "true fans", I'd say he's more concerned with mainstream appeal these days.
