Usually take it to the head is sumin you say when you drink a glass of alcohol or take a few shots and put them in a glass and down it in like one go coz then it goes to the head. Well at least that's what people say. To be honest I get this feeling they talking about a girl taking it to the head not really themselves. I dont know thats what I think? Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong
