When you bought The Nino Brown Story Part 2 DVD, you got a free No Ceilings CD with it.

I believe that is what you see in the "Single" music video.

It ain't anything official though, like you can tell an amateur did the printing on the CD.

They wanted $10 for each

The marketing scheme is you get a FREE CD with the music on it for purchasing the CD case and the coverart, that's how they sell unofficial tapes like that, cause your not technically paying for the CD.
