He means he made the term bling-bling, not the onomatopoeia. I could create the term bang-bang to explain that I have a gun. Just like nigas say "I got my bling bling on my neck" it could be "I keep my bang-bang tucked" (sounds wack as fuck). Same thing wit the word troll. In google dictionary it's "A mythical, cave-dwelling being depicted in folklore as either a giant or a dwarf, typically having a very ugly appearance." If someobody claims they made the term troll as being an annoying mothafuka doesnt mean he made the definition of the word.
