As long as he lives he is the best rapper alive for me no matter how weak his music was in the last 2 years because I consider Drought 3,C3 and the sessions, C2 and Dedication 2 as the best works ever done in HipHop. So if Pac is called the best ever by some people Wayne is the best ever for me so he easily is the best rapper alive IMO.

It will always be Lil Wayne because i dont see any rapper doing what Weezy did to the game.. impact from mixtapes, features and sales etc. At one point it was impossible to imagine a rapper taking the title Best Rapper Alive from Jay Z, but Weezy went for the getting and did it.. he is the only one left. But if i have to mention one person then it can only be Drake.
