C3 Sessions isn't technically official yet it shits on most other rappers official shit. Bruh Em is only consistent cause he stayed complaining about how fucking shitty his fucking life was and that was so tiring. Wayne had various topics, flows, lyrics, etc, he was just an OVERALL better artist than Em during those years. Don't even say not. Of course Em would destroy Wayne in a rap battle but overall, Wayne was just much better.

Also, you didn't answer my question... Tell me one album/mixtape Wayne dropped during 1999-2009 that was honestly not good.

I know but it was still a tiring and dull subject since he kept rapping about it. I'm saying Wayne was just the overall package, he has/had everything.

Dedication 3 was fucking dope tbh aside from it being mainly a YM promotion. He had some notable guest verses from other artists, but the verses he had were dope. Don't remember much of SQ5, SQ6, and 500 Degrees so I won't comment on that right now.
