of course! he has too many epic songs - A Milli, Lollipop, How To Love, 6 Foot 7 Foot, Go DJ, Fireman... the list goes on...
he changed the rap game, brought it back to life, and killed every track he was on. when he dies, he'll be right up there with Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson. let's just hope that day is far, far away.
He will be remembered as ONE POINT IN HIS CAREER, the best rapper alive.
But he had his rise, his peak, and now his downfall. One can only hope he reaches the top again.
If not, people will remember his downfall as a "pop-rapper" more than his success as a "hip hop monster".
This

Wayne is a legend. Top 5 southern rappers and Top 30 all time. But he would be much more if he had maintained what he did between 2005-2008, mainly. He was growing and killing everybody, nobody couldn't touch him at that time. But today he's not one of the best, because now he's more interested in skating and doing collaborations with shit artists, and a lot of material he drops today, are trash. A few years ago, legends wanted him on his songs, he worked with people like Scarface, Jay-Z, Little Brother, Q-Tip and others, because the shit he was spitting, was outstanding. Today people like these niggas doesn't reach him out no more to do a collaboration, because he's not so good as he was before and these people are not into that type of shit Wayne does nowadays.
