I know it's a different critic than the dude who reviewed c4, but that got a 6+ and there is no way in hell IANAHB2 is worse than c4! lol. fuck reviews anyway, but IANAHB2 trumps c4 in every way IMO: creativity, production, lyrics, flow, energy, album construction/song flow, etc.
