I feel like you're reaching for a reason to be skeptical lol, I fully believe this is a new song, Wayne's flow and voice sounds very similar to some of his more recent better features. Tbh his voice sounds exactly like on Roman Reloaded.

That's one of Wayne's biggest faults is his inconsistency as an artist, that's why when he finally delievers a dope verse people immediately jump to think its old.
