Eminem wouldn't diss Wayne, they are homies....they did 3 songs together, they went to the Grammies together (if I'm not mistaken)...He even names Wayne on his top 5 rappers right now list.... Names him a couple of times on his recovery album..

I remember when everybody thought eminem was dissing Wayne on every song they were together on, like why would he diss someone he makes music with?

Wayne actually wore the same pants some weeks later live, but those werent leggins, cause leggins doesn't have pockets and belt sleeves, it was just the same design..

With that line, it's refering to Lil Wayne being in his prime, commercially and lyrically in hip hop. Eminem was in rehab, his best friend shot dead and drug abusing on a dangerous level so yes if he had dissed Lil Wayne he would've had his ass handed to him because

1)Eminem would be too high to make a good diss
2)Not in a stable mental state to do anything like that
3)If you remember he literally made no music and wasn't seen for like 3 years

1. washes himself in tears of rappers - we all know wayne has tattooed tears
2 . wearing zebra leggings sitting in a chair - we all know wayne has wore something similar
3. even mentioned 'fruits of labor' - we all know wayne likes to use that in a lot of his songs
