    "Rebirth/Carter 4 double disc album will NOT be happening!"

    Wayne just said that on Tim Westwood radio

    He said he wants Carter 4 to be an event ON ITS OWN

    There MIGHT be a Rebirth/YM album but CIV is deffinitely coming on its own!
