His Teeth Are his Normal teeth, He got Each Diamond Put on Manually thats why it looks like that,, and to proove its not grillls taht are "permanent",, its also on the back of his teeth, They just planted them on the Front and back of the crown on i belive the first 8 or 10 sets of teeth IN THE FRONT AND BACK of the top and bottom.
