Why don't you think Jesus is real? It's a shame too because you actually gave him enough respect to capitalize his name without you knowing it. If you didnt think he was real, you wouldnt have cared to capitalize his name, since he isn't real in your eyes, there is no way he could be an important name, but yet, you showed respect and still capitalized his name.

-There is nothing wrong with believing in Jesus. I can accept that many people need comforting when dealing with the thought of death. But that's all it is to me; I can accept that when I die, that is it. Others may not accept this so easily.

-Yes, that is exactly what I believe; there have been more similar scientific occurrences in recorded history than there have of god-like acts.

-I've read many passages from the Bible, and found that a lot of it is contradictory; views on homosexuality, suffering etc.

-Finally, I'd like to say that I have no problem with religious people. I actually look up to a lot of their moral views, mainly because they are similar to mine. What I don't like is when people decide to hoard it around everywhere in an attempt to make a change. Religion is relative. It means something different to each individual that believes in it - thus making it universal and impossible to push it upon others.

Again, it needs to be put into context. Sure, I do not have the same ultimate belief as a religious person, but I do think some of the things attached to it are good - like being a moral person.
