I always saw that as a blend tape seeing that majority of the verses and songs are from Young Money: The Mixtape.
I don't consider anything from there a blend or filler tbh. This tape was a staple in his career, showing that he was really serious in his rapping skills.
Dedication 1 was insane, but I prefer the young money mixtape because the blends went with his lyrics way better and DJ drama wasn't screaming his ass off...
Dedication 2 is a classic...but I think lyrically Wayne did his thing on D1....

I agree, all I have tagged as Dedication 1 is Nah This Ain't The Remix blend, Please Say The Baby and the funny skits..
Dedication 2 is best, but my favorite is Dedication 3 (minus some of the YM features)

Most of the songs are available from the YM mxtape as NO DJ, I just put them in D1 instead of the YM tape.
