Although I don't normally listen to Lil Wayne while high (I usually listen to Dubstep or 90s rap artists such as Eazy-E and Tupac), I do know what songs would be great for getting high to:

I'm Me (yes it's an unusual one, but I've listened to it b4 while high and it was pretty tight. Good for sativa highs)
That's kind of it for individual songs in my opinion. I don't usually listen to his recent stuff If i'm high, often times it would be his old stuff either from the Hot Boy$ or Tha Carter or Tha Carter II.
