I liked it. It's not at my top favorites by Wayne list but I enjoyed a good portion of it
"Armed and dangerous, rich and famous, young and restless
Guns and stretchers
Cristal and dubs for breakfast
I just got one suggestion - none should test him
'Cause cuz get hectic; send one through your sons intestines
Glocks knock lungs from chests, you get the portrait?
Bodies piled up on porches, it won't be gorgeous"
The reason it was criticized so badly is because It wasn't done well in terms of production. Rock music doesn't have Auto-tune. If he used his voice it would've been more respected. And he needed to practice guitar more before making a rock album.
People say they miss the Wayne that told stories, well he gives plenty in this album which is why I copped it the day it dropped, (even though I had the leak by DJMURDER lol). Deep lyrics, a lot of people don't like to see their idols change, but this was a nice change is Wayne's style of music I give it a 8.5/10.
EDIT: If he had put "Ready For The World" on there then it would be a 9.5/10.
"You tied to the track on my train of thoughts, and controlling my thoughts is like tamin sharks..." "I gotta hit 'em, like redbones wit long hair, fuck wit me ya ass is grass, get a lawn chair..."
"Life is a bitch, I'll make her yo ex..." - B.R.A. (Best Rapper Alive)

Yea they basically put out an unfinished album by putting Price is Wrong as the outro for the standard edition (trying to make everyone cop that deluxe so they could grab all our cash ). But if they would've put Ready For the World as the outro for the standard everything would've been st8. But Die For You & So Over You were GREAT makeups for the deluxe.
