On Wiki it says those 7 songs were on the bonus disc, but every online outlet just lists the Leak tracks. Was it a limited time thing?

it was some sort of special deluxe edition...some people only had The Leak as bonus disc, my version includes The Leak + these 2 tracks

i bought that version of the CD at Target
it was a Target exclusive
not sure if they have that store available in other countries
