People weren't giving Southern rappers the credit that Wayne felt they deserved....mainly himself obviously...

Then on Gossip, it was just plain...stop hatin' on a nigga just because you're jealous he's a beast...

Wayne resolved the "hatred" on both tracks...just my opinion though...Gossip delivered the message better though..

Good comparison. If not Shooter, I'd say "Feel Me" has another Gossip like feeling.

As for OP, both are great songs in their content. Shooter is more creative in style; Tie My hands is more emotional and heartfelt. I'll take Shooter for now.
