I personally thought President Carter, Nightmares Of The Bottom, Megaman, and Two Shots were good songs, but C4 is defiantly at the bottom of Tha Carter albums.

No, but the worst of the Tha Carter series for sure. It wasn't a bad album per se, just not worthy of being in the Tha Carter series.
