IMO only the first and last parts of D3 compare to D4. Most verses on D3 were average or below for Wayne. He had a much tighter more aggressive flow on D4.
D4 = D2 > D3 > D1, but they're all good.

Wayne was on a whole different level on D3 than on D4

D3 Wayne is actually better than TCIV Wayne but I put equal because TCIV has more solo songs that are dope
