Da Drought 3 has some of Wayne's best lyrics, songs, and some of his most creative content. Da Drought 3 is a lot better and a lot more listenable than the extremely disappointing and mainstream bullshit album, Tha Carter III. Come at me, nigga.

I am a Tunechi hater, with a passion. But I don't think that way. Who says this is a completely perfect Wayne project? I haven't seen a single perfect hip hop project ever, except Illmatic. Every album has some kind of flaw, and this one has very few wack lines and one debatable song. It's a classic Wayne project that is arguably his best work. I think it has it's cons, but they are not outweighed by the pros. And would you rather have very few wack bars (Da Drought 3) or a hell of a lot of wack songs (Tha Carter III)?

wack bars ofc but how is illmatic flawless??? I have tried several times to get into illmatic, but I just can't, it got a flaw, its boring because of the simple beats and flow..

Then you obviously know nothing about hip hop. Illmatic has timeless production and rhymes that simple minded niggas can't fathom (that means understand ). If you can't listen to Illmatic all the way through with no skipping, then you can't be considered a hip hop fan, in my book.

It's a Lil Wayne forum, not a hip hop forum. Lil Wayne has done too much pop music and that's where his dickriders come from. If people call Illmatic a "boring" album, then they are dumb. It's only 40 minutes (unlike Wayne's 1 hour projects), has REAL lyrics, one of the best flows of all time and contains nothing but classic tracks. If niggas call Illmatic boring, then they don't know shit about real hip hop. Illmatic does everything perfectly, from the rhyme schemes, to the production, to the lyrical content. Nas is my 2nd fav of all time after wayne. i just cant put anybody over wayne as of liking them more. he is what made me a fan of rap, and the one who encouraged me to listen to the nas', and pac, and jay z's, and andre 3k's of the world. and no doubt illmatic is a classic.
