That's true. I didn't feel closure when i first Listened to C4. I felt the album wasn't even finished.

feel ya. it left me in denial that wayne would put out such a half hearted, seemingly rushed album where he wasn't even on every track. wayne can do better.

That's true. But C4 still is an underwhelming album overall.
