I'd like to remind people I pointed that out. H.I.V. line "IS" one of his best. This is the type of rapper Wayne was at his best, anyway. One who could drop hot line after hot line. And the occasional sentimental (Trouble) or introspective (World of Fantasy) track here and there. But we call Drought 3 and Dedication 2 THE ELITE of his catalog because....? Am I making sense?
