nah you got it all wrong, Wayne decided to stay because he was planning on making Track 8 on Dedication 4 with Lil Mouse, but Jay-z wouldn't allow it over at Roc Nation

Trukfit was suppose to come out a long time ago. But Birdman dediced he wanted wayne to make Dedication 2 & 3 before D4.

i think there is a much deeper reason on why wayne never left cash money, it just sound suspicious to me: bg, turk, juve & mannie left cash money, b/c of money problems but wayne stayed? he should have left as well.... i think bird was taking advantage since he was the youngest one on the label at the time
