Agreed. but understand EMPIRE doesn't make beats or nothing for wayne. He just buys the exclusives for a BIG price and then put em all together and put out a great mixtape. To me... im not going to front. DIO : Carter 3 sessions was better then c3. im not gonna lie some tracks beat out DIO C3 sessions but overall its not better. "Let The Beat Build" & "Mr.Carter" the only songs that beat out the whole mixtape.
