False. Turk has his own record label (which he started up during prison or some shit) and he said he has no intention of joining Young Money or YMCMB. However, he did say Wayne said he'll always have a place in YMCMB...

So, as far as that goes, Turk said he's not joining YMCMB, and wants to pursue other ventures with his own record label. He doesn't need help getting signed anywhere lol. And even if he somehow needed help getting signed somewhere, Lil Wayne would be the very first person to help him with that.

And no, I was not wondering why he gave him money. The gesture was pretty self-explanatory, considering the fact they have always been best friends.
