Lil Wayne and autotune

a lot of people has been whining about lil wayne using way to much autotune, and I must admit I got tired of that shit aswell, simply because he did not make a single song without autotune. but lately, since like last year he stopped using autotune at all. its like his affraid of using it. at first, I thought this was great. but after a while I started missin' it. so when gudda released As Da World Turns I was really happy. Ive been waiting for this wayne for a long time now!

what do you guys think about the song? do you think wayne should switch between using autotune and not?

Turn on the lights remix was so dope. Autotune is really awesome when Wayne does it good, like on the Demolition freestyles (some of the most listened to songs on my ipod), but then it just hurts my ears when it's not needed at all.

Wayne's auto tune was dope, it was T Pain that annoyed the shit out of me.

But yeah OP I feel like Wayne has a problem balancing what he does, feel like he gets stuck on something and then gets bored after 6 months and moves on

Demolitions..............preferably the first one..........when you think of going hard...this shit comes to mind..the whole post-C3 Auto Tune Era could have been legendary because he knew how to use it properly at points...that flow, smh...

T-Pains voice is too clean for autotune, imo. lil wayne has a really deep and rusty voice which makes autotune work really good. I miss those times when wayne wasn't scared of using it....
