    Children, Prison, Sober, Skateboarding,

All one after the other that all led to each other, without prison he wouldn't have stopped smoking weed and as for syrup, he may of been on it again or not we don't know? He did stop before he went away, so he probably wouldn't have started again.

Due to prison and then being sober he picked up the skateboard for something to do as a hobbie, then 'realised it was a life style not a hobbie'... That life style is now way more important to him than rap, rap is something he has done since he was 8. He's been there, done that, and is bored of it now. Plus it's not the same as it was back in 2005+ a couple of years...

He wants more time with his kids, and has more value for his life and being in their life since he got out of prison.

As Tupac once said, it ain't cool to go to Prison, nobody wants to be there. It's not some where you go and come out with inspiration and can rap about shit, it kills your spirit, you don't have no creativity to write and rap.

IMO he wouldnt be like his is now if he didn't go Prison. I'm not saying he wouldn't have slipped or gone off to do something else like skating, but I dunno 1 thing set of a chain of events that changed Weezy for good tbh.

As I've said in the past the only way I can see Wayne coming back and fucking the game up like he did years back is maybe 10 years down the line when he sits there and thinks, I actually miss it so much, because there will come a day when he does miss them days when he got grammys and jumped on anyones track and killed em. And if some tradegy happens in his life down the line also. I feel he may like to pour that emotion into his music like he did in the past. Thats what he is missing now days. Emotion, he has none for rap tbh.

But 10 years down the line we have no clue where Rap will be, look how much it has evolved in the last 10 years. There might not even be a place for someone like Wayne in Rap/Hip Hop 10 years down the line.

Either way, people should stop dweling on the past. What we got and how it went down will never EVER happen again. All you can do is listen to his old stuff, cherish that you was alive and wittness what a truly epic era that was and appreciate it for what it was. Can't have what you want forever.
