False. IANAHB was gonna be released as an EP on Waynes birthday and was a prequel to the release of C4 when Wayne was outta jail. Which means the OG C4 was scrapped and the songs that didnt make the OG C4 went to IANAHB, So IANAHB is a scrapp of a scrapp lol...
