NOOOOOO THAT'S NOT TRUE! These sites buy regular tickets and sell them for a bigger price. My sister wanted to go to One Direction, the tickets were 45 euro. It was sold out after 15 minutes but sites like these buy them and sell them again for 160 euro. Wait for the regular tickets they'll be like 45/50 euro.
