Ill Mind of Hopsin 5 was the realest shit I have heard in a rap song in 2012. I mean that nigga is talking about everything that is fucked up with our current generation of youth. And for all you who think he has to diss a rapper to make a song good, he doesn't diss anyone in that song. Very few rappers actually rap about relocatable shit nowadays.
Tbh, all his disses were funny. I mean you can't hate on rappers who diss others, seriously, the rap game has absolutely no fucking competition. Back when rap was at it's prime, rappers actually battled each other you know
and they always took shots at each other on songs. I mean, you can't possibly tell me that the Death Row vs. Ruthless feud wasn't awesome. Some of the best songs were created during that feud. Now rap is just a god damn My Little Pony birthday party where everyone thinks they need to get along with each other.
Who gives a fuck if Hopsin thinks Wayne sucks. When Wayne was coming out with Tha Carter, he was pretty much dissing every rapper by calling himself the Best Rapper Alive, even though he had dropped an album before it that did horrible in terms of sales. He was competitive, and that is exactly what made him a good rapper. He's not even competitive anymore (in some interview he said he believes rap isn't about the competition anymore), he's not hungry for it anymore like he used to be.
