That was only done for her tour... As he obviously wasn't on tour with her, when she done the song on the screen above the stage the video they shot popped up with him... I believe there was a video for it I'll try find it, someone filming from the crowd. But thats the only thing it was used for as the song was obviously an old song. Would have been cool to see it properly.
