Argument for lil wayne

so me and a friend got into an argument on lil wayne

i stated facts on how he got platinum albums and how good he was back then and all his arguments were "you only say because he has an image and he's not good at all he's just over mainstream"

anyway to argue back or just tell him fuck you lol

I commonly get into that argument. I just state how his music isn't always emotional and serious. He has that side to him obviously, his meaningful songs are obviously his best and I spin off a few tracks.

But unlike other artists Wayne's music actually has some fun to it and shows off a care free and crazy attitude which I personally think is good to live by. No worries as an example, I always play that before a night out as Wayne's attitude is relaxed, crazy and about having fun. Not always about being tough and a badass.
