I mean i have never really noticed a difference in the grill he wears, does he ever switch it out? I ask this already knowing that it would take surgery to get a new set.

he cant switch them. but he had to take them off when he was in jail, the denist needed 9 hours, to take the diamonds off.

Now, with grills like Wayne and Birdman's (I wanna say Yeezy's is the same way.) Did they like remove the original teeth and implanted the new teeth, or did they keep their teeth in and just shaved and formed and put metals and rocks on them?

I'd assume they'd remove the actual teeth completely but idk how that dental shit works.

think they put it over the original teethes and have to shave some of the original teeths away. don't think that you can have complete plantium teethes think you have to put it over a real teeth

oh ok, so it's a normal ass grill. Cause the way birdman was talking in that video above, and Yeezy was talking about it (I wanna say he was on Ellen) they made it seem as if their grills were permanent.
