no you dont at the worst some states have length requirement
but on the other hand theres probably a rule about hiding weapons in your hair and he has the perfect hair for it haha

Most likely, its a felony so hell be going to the state pen, not some county shit. And usually they have a length requirement or they just make you shave it depending on sentance length.

There is a length requirement but it varies from state to state and on occasion institution to institution. I hope he doesnt have to cut them completely off, they take a long time to get that long....

i just googled it and people were sayin u dont have to cut your hair in prison..
