When do you think Lil Wayne stop writing music?

I'm a big fan of Lil Wayne older music like Carter II and everything before then such as: Block is Hot, Lights Out, 500 Degrees, and Carter I... I think he stop writing after Carter II. I say that because I have a studio and always record upcoming artists. With that experience, if u listen closely to Lil Wayne you can tell that he stacked/dubbed all of his verses from Block is Hot up to Carter II. After he stopped writing, I think he lost the substance in his music. I still listen to him but creativity wise and substance he's falling off. I think he needs to start back writing.
