It's either that or they're neck and neck. But I refuse to say that DD3 is perfect. I grew to love the fuck out of it. And there was a time when I didn't because my cousin had it on rotation 24/7. I was into Nas. I thought Wayne was overrated at the time, young. But it didn't hit as hard as D2 did. Even when I wanted to hate Wayne in 2006, it was kinda hard to. Proof is in the pudding. He did most of DD3 the fall prior to releasing it the following spring. Forever, for example. Had that guttural tonality that was vintage promethed up voice Treezy. So yeah. I know it is among the two best projects he's ever released that we're discussing. I just "PREFER" Dedication 2. I'll respect opinions. But people exalt DD3 to a fault. Apologist level aficionados.
